Presuming a full 2500 - 2800 calories then back on the wagon on Sunday.

See the physio on Tues about my back - doc says a rowing machine will be ok, just want to confirm and get the right technique then I can get some 'serious' excercising in.

What works for me on a day like this is to NOT worry about calories. You'll see - you most likely will restrict yourself just a little without really thinking about it. If you don't - don't worry about it.
