Bought a George Forman grill. The last two days I have used it and its wonderful for dieting. I can cook meals in less then 15 minutes. I cook my vegetables in the micro and my meat on the grill. Wink Very Happy

I love my George Foreman! We have the one with the interchangeable plates, so it doubles as a waffle iron and sandwich press, too. Smile

I started with a Forman but have since graduated to a Cuisinart griddler. I use it almost every day -- for fish, beef, chicken, and delicious grilled vegetables. It's the best appliance I've ever owned.

Which model do you have. Went on Amazon and they have oodles of them. Thanks.

On the bottom of the griddler it says GR-4N. These are pretty expensive -- I waited until there was a sale at Bed, Bath & Beyond and used one of the 20% off coupons they sometimes send in the mail. But I have never regretted it. I'm just crazy about it.

Leslie, you're the queen of "find it on sale at BB&B and use a 20% coupon." Love you, girl!

The Halogen Convection Ovens are amazing for quick cooking as well. They use a high wattage halogen lamp and a fan to quickly cook foods which also allowing them to be crisp. You can cook food from frozen in about 1/2 the time of an oven. New Egg has them for about $50. I use my Fagor duo pressure cooker a lot during the summer since it doesn't heat the house up yet allows me to cook a full pot roast in 30-45 minutes.
