Hi I am new on this site, I am gluten free and dairy free due to food allergies. I am looking for new recipes and hoping some of y'all might share one or two please?

I've been gluten-free for years. But mostly what I cook is plain stuff. Vegetables, meat, poultry, and fish, simply seasoned, with fruit and nuts for snacks and desserts.

To get to the recipes on this site click recipes at the top of the page. The recipe page has both dairy free and gluten free recipes listed on the right side navigation menu.

I literally have the same situation...even worse I can't have eggs! it's hard to continually come up with interesting meal ideas...some staples: brown rice pasta, coconut oil (good sub for butter, makes a killer coconut-shrimp stir fry!), peanut butter & fruit makes a great breakfast and so does gluten-free oats, rice crackers/veggies & hummus! Here are some good sites: http://www.thesensitivepantry.com/recipes/ http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.ca/2008/09/gluten-free-casein-free-recipe-index.html~mandabanana
