I consume too much daily POTASSIUM (which requires an unreasonable amount of time to count)...USDA does not require food industry to list Potassium on labels...I have tried listing my Potassium count in PROTEIN column in daily report...Is there another way to get daily totals more easily?

what really works s maintain a caloric deficit until you reach a weight your happy with an then maintain it forever personally I'm around 10% body fat with a model physique :)
