Would someone help me? How do I view my current BMI? Am I just overlooking it or what?

http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/BMI/bmicalc.htm

The link above is a calculator for your BMI, add your weight/gender/height and it will calculate it and interpret the results for you.

Keep in mind the BMI only tracks weight vs height, and does not take into consideration muscle mass or body fat percentage. Body fat percentage would be a better indicator of health.

Disappointing.
Thanks Diablo. I am in it for the long haul. It is just this early in the process, with such a lot to lose, a good second week would have perked me up.

Sugar
If "progress" is believing that sugar=cyanide, I don't think it would be good for my mental health to change.

Glaun has good advice. No one can help you without knowing your plan. The ratios will vary depending on your plan. What is your plan?
