I quit using the ticker because mine didn't work. I also quit weighing once per week and only weigh once per month or may go longer than that. It let's me focus on the diet and exercise rather than worrying about numbers. As a result I feel more motivated and feel that it much easier to stay on track.

Shazzyb, that is a good way of looking at it.
thinner120, yes I so agree with you and people also forget that it isn't always what is shown on the scales.You can lose inches and not weight. I only weigh once a week, for me it is a target.I like short targets.If I leave it longer (I have in the past) I tend to let things slide but I think I shall let the ticker go too.

Same question. Where is calories remaining? There is nothing under snacks. The Android app has calories remaining is huge numbers, and also a summary with the same info, but I don't see it anywhere ...

Over complicating things but I can't rest till I know......
My advice. Always over estimate. Don't worry about reducing the calorie count of food you don't eat - just keep it in the count. There's nothing to be gained by saying you ate less food.
