What is the point of having the ticker if it doesn't work!! Annoying as I thought it would be nice to see it going down.Mad

I thought that to start with (mine stopped working ages ago), but now I like that is says 21lb to go when really I only have 11 to go. It makes me happy at how far I've come, and grateful that it isn't still 21 to go Smile

I quit using the ticker because mine didn't work. I also quit weighing once per week and only weigh once per month or may go longer than that. It let's me focus on the diet and exercise rather than worrying about numbers. As a result I feel more motivated and feel that it much easier to stay on track.
Stay strong, stay focused.

Start weight 259 pounds. Ultimate goal: 120 pounds.

Sherpau, if you look under my post there is a long red line. That is the ticker. It is meant to move as you lose.
Shazzyb, that is a good way of looking at it.
thinner120, yes I so agree with you and people also forget that it isn't always what is shown on the scales. You can lose inches and not weight. I only weigh once a week, for me it is a target.I like short targets. If I leave it longer (I have in the past) I tend to let things slide but I think I shall let the ticker go too.
Thanks all.
