Your caloric intake and cardio for the last six weeks with no weight loss is not physically possible (IMHO) Use this program to record each caloric intake as it happens. No guessing. Double check your RDI for accuracy. Take in 500 calories a day less than your RDI. If you do this you will lose, over a period of time (about a week but certainly less than 6 weeks) one pound. If you still can't lose weight, the answers you need are not on this website but at a medical facility. Good Luck
