Hello everyone. I just signed up yesterday. Having another go at trying to lose this weight. I did South Beach about 6 years ago and it worked wonders for me. Unfortunately, I have gained it all back and then some. I need to get it off this time for good, knees hurt, ankles swollen, never had this in my life!! Weight loss for health........

Yep, I'm with you there. When I don't see the numbers I somehow can kid myself into thinking that the junk food I just ate wasn't as bad as it actually was. Honesty is the best policy. :)

When I cook at home, I create a recipe that I add to my cookbook, that way I can get an accurate calorie count, and also duplicate at a later date.
