Hello everyone. I just signed up yesterday. Having another go at trying to lose this weight. I did South Beach about 6 years ago and it worked wonders for me. Unfortunately, I have gained it all back and then some. I need to get it off this time for good, knees hurt, ankles swollen, never had this in my life!! Weight loss for health........

Goals for 2018:
Do 20 consecutive push-ups
Use 10 lb. weights for a whole workout
Run 1 mile without stopping
Get stronger physically and mentally

Your body is temple and you need to respect it. Have you heard or not that what you eat is what you become. Healthy meal plan is the most significant thing you can buy for yourself.
