I have been following induction for 3 weeks now. The first two weeks i lost like a pound a day. this past week I haven't lost any. I normally wouldn't say something like this but i think I am constipated. I take 5 psylusm husk capsules every morning. Does anyone else find this to be an issue? Any helpful tips are appreciated.

I have had the same problem on the Atkins diet. I really don't have a solution, but I find I must help the problem with an over the counter aid about every 4 days. My food intake is so much less than before dieting and my exercise is triple. I would like to think the food is being used for energy instead of becoming a waste product. MANY MANY MANY people go through the "third-week-stall". It's your body's way of regrouping after a large loss in the beginning. It's totally normal.

As to your other problem, I bet we could clear it up by fixing a few things in your menu. You SO aren't eating enough veggies. Veggies have the necessary "natural" fiber that you need to make sure things are moving. Induction is 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies. Total Carbs - Fiber = NET carbs

Also, your calories are too low. Women need 1500-1800 calories daily while following Atkins.

Water is the key with the Atkins induction. Don't be afraid of it. Water does so many good things for a body. Drink it and you will be saying, "Smooth move!"

Supplement with magnesium. That helps with regularity and a couple of hundred other bodily functions. Don't take a full dose right off the bat. Try to ramp up slowly because it can having your running to the bathroom every time you turn around if you go from nothing to full dose.

Magnesium Oxide is the most commonly available and it is the least expensive by far (and I take it) but it is the least absorbed. Google around for better types.

Fat is far superior to fiber for regularity too. Fat greases the skids, so to speak, and fiber works by abrading the lining of the colon bursting the cells along the wall.

U can Exclamation take fat burner but u need to make sure u hv active activity if not ur body will become fluffy and before start exercise need hv meal to give u energy. its help you lose more when u exercise. .and water to pull out all extra fat in our need to try eat fruits or drink before you have ur meal to help reduce quantity of food u can eat. .usually people said use something can bring bitter in ur mouth will cut ur mood. .most important u need to take food to help u lose more fat..most important u need something motivate you stick to do until u get ur body

Yeah - never heard of bad pizza - and certainly, anything with bacon on it tastes great. I could put bacon and sauce on cardboard and it would be great.
