Firs thing I do in the morning is weight myself, around 10:40 am I take a dance class which then ends at 12:30. later in the day I do the Fit Test from insanity and man does that make me sweat!

Every 50 days...it is too easy to lose hope when you reach a plateau. Every 50 days is good and you know if you are sticking to your regime. I can tell by how I feel and how my clothes fit.

Great tips, it is true that its mostly in the diet! Muhc better to make lifestyle changes than to go on to quick weight loss diets.

Probably literally no carbohydrates, except for a few veggies (no starches) and tons tons of water will be the best way you can eat! Also will have to exercise like crazy to lose that amount of weight ...
