I have found what works for me is to eat four meals a day, but keep them light - that way I am less likely to snack the naughty stuff in between meals. I also try and fit in regular exercise - usually just a walk around the block or a cycle at weekends. I have joined a few online programs - my personal favourite so far being The Fat Loss Factor
and learnt some useful tips.
My routine isn't anything over the top, but it's keeping me fit and healthy and maintaining my weight - which is better than adding to it
