Bought my vitamins when I started atkins 3 weeks ago. Total 6 lbs lost (yay). I bought CareOne gummie vitamins. HOW STUPID WAS I??? I just realized they had 3g carbs and 3G sugar!!! So, I have come to realize the last 3 weeks I was NOT following it 100%. I never thought to check.

So, my question...any advice on a carb free sugar free chewable vitamin? I'd rather chew than just swallow.

i don't know of anything that would be chewable that wouldn't have some sort of sweetener in it to make it palatable...Do you like to chew it because it gives you that little hit of sweetness? Even something sweetened with real fruit sugars is going to have carbs.
Congratulations on the weight loss, great start!

You could do a web search for chewable, sugar free multi vitamin. Be sure to read the ingredients. Some contain sugar alcohols that upset some people's digestive tracts, if you know what I mean...

You fell off the wagon, don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track, go for a walk. Plan your meals, maybe work on a backup plan for your next social event so you'll do better. Soldier on!

Make your way of eating and your exercise part of your life, not a diet that will run it's course. Sounds easy but it does take commitment and effort.
