I am so happy with my breakfast that I had to share. When I'm this happy with something, I think it's wrong to keep it to myself. I am eating a Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich... only 290 calories and really tasty and a pretty good size. I'm having the croissant with egg whites, turkey sausage, and cheese. If you haven't tried it, please do. Hey, if you have a "perfect meal" please share...

Very nice! My dinner was a taco salad. Home made "chili" (basically a little onion, low fat ground beef, canned tomato, water, spices), garden salad, low fat dressing, salsa, 10g of cheddar cheese, and Dorito Nacho chips. All together was 313 calories, for a nice, big meal. Yum!

I love fish. I make Swai almost weekly (a white fish that is low in calories and it's more affordable than Tilapia). Marinated for a bit in lemon, I pan-sear it or bake it, sprinkle a little kosher salt. I sometimes top it with a mango salsa and it's even better!

I have never had Swai fish. I usually buy tilapia, and I recently bought some salmon. I'm definitely going to try that.

The texture is more tender than tilapia. A local grocery store was giving out samples and my young kids (who are suckers for anything on a toothpick) grabbed some. Expecting them to spit it out, I was pleasantly surprised when they not only ate it they asked for more and begged me to buy it! When I made it at home I thought for sure they'd not like it but they still do and we eat it often. It's gaining in popularity so it should be easy to find. I found it at Target but personally like the farm-raised version at my grocery store. And thanks for the tip on the Breakfast Delights. Sometimes I'm on the run and need to grab breakfast quickly. It sounds yummy!
