Very nice! My dinner was a taco salad. Home made "chili" (basically a little onion, low fat ground beef, canned tomato, water, spices), garden salad, low fat dressing, salsa, 10g of cheddar cheese, and Dorito Nacho chips. All together was 313 calories, for a nice, big meal. Yum!
