It is sad but i fear this sort of thing will never stop. Its been going on since gun powder was invented. There will always be the fanatics who think actions speak louder than words. Bizarre but in the UK we still celebrate guy fawkes night for a failed attempt at blowing up parliament. You can say they were revolutionists to candy coat it but 400 years later its still happening all over the world. Thoughts out to all those effected

Sending hope and prayers to Boston. I hope the people responsible are caught and put away so they can't terrorize anyone else, and I hope that no one else has to experience the terror that those in Boston had to endure yesterday.
Goals for 2017:
Find a workout program I can stick to
Find a nutrition plan I can stick to
Get stronger physically and mentally

No Doubt! This is the work of some evil people set out to upset and kill innocent Americans. Let's pray for the capture and interrogation of this/these killer(s)- and the healing of everyone from this tragedy.

I know that this sounds strange, but after this happened I want to run a marathon. It's always been something that has slightly tickled by brain, but now I'm resolved to do it. I don't think I'll be running the Boston, but I'll definitely be looking into one closer to home.
