Nautilus/Bowflex Treadclimber????????

Does anyone else use a treadclimber in their fitness routine??? I have yet to come across someone else who uses one and I would love to hear from you if you do!! On a side note... I am LOVING this sucker! Kicks my butt in gear and I already feel results, even after only four days Very Happy

I honestly feel like I could have gotten the same results from buying the least expensive model and just using a heart rate monitor and all that to gauge all my cardio stats... but I definitely don't regret buying the TC20 model. It does all the thinking for me lol. The monthly payment isn't bad at all if you can swing it. Peer pressure.... dooooooo ittt!!! hahahaha Razz

Resistance exercises in the home for a 50+ female
