Adding Photo to Food Description

Just added a new food to the database and clicked the option to add a photo, which brought me to a different screen. On the new screen I clicked the option (again) to "add photo +". Doing so simply reloaded that page. I couldn't find any way to add the photo elsewhere.

Help?

The only way I've seen to do it is through the mobile app, but that can't be right.

I guess if the tech support didn't answer in 2013, they're not gonna answer now! Someone should scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the 'contact' button and ask how to do this....??

I have been in contact with them recently & it has been ongoing & the response has been they see no problem on there end could, I offer more detail? I respond with more detail asking if there is anything that can be done on EITHER end that WILL fix the problem. Its a merry go round,sad to say.

"approved foods"? How are they defining "approved foods"?

Don't know. All I know is from numerous posts over the last years that iPhone app with the PC app cause mucho problemos.
