scale not moving as fast as i would like but weigh 219 from 242 in the last months. now will step it up a notch . lost 7 lbs in past week. i can do it

yes, they also say it is easier to keep the weight off if u lose it so. i guess right now i am excited because i know i am losing, which is great energy and enthusiasism i just have to keep it up. thanks

The scale never goes down as quick as you want it too. But down is always good.

42" jeans(25/01/2013) 40"(28/02/2013) 38"(20/03/2013) 36"(25/05/2013)
Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.
