Hi All. I am so excited. We just got back last night after 16 days vacation in San Diego and Anaheim and I LOST half a pound. It may not seem like much, but we ate out in restaurants every meal, went thru Easter and waded thru all of the yummy booths at every theme park in southern California. AND I LOST! I didn't keep track of what I ate , but just ordered low carb meals, not eating bread and such. Also requesting no sauces on meals whenever possible and getting dressings on the side. It feels so good to know that I did it. Thanks ATKINS..

Very impressive! Well done!!!

I'll be going to visit my parents in July and am expecting to put on several lb during a couple of weeks in Spain with them... Or maybe I'll insist on taking control of the food and see how that goes down... Wink

42" jeans(25/01/2013) 40"(28/02/2013) 38"(20/03/2013) 36"(25/05/2013)
Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Wow, so much nicer, being able to continue dieting after the vacation, from a lower point, rather than just trying to lose the weight you gained while on vacation.
