Not followed a hit program but have done similar for Physio exercise. Its basically aerobic to get your lungs and heart working. There have been others like spin cycling workout. Give it a try and if it works for you then its good Smile

Eating Consciously
When I am eating something really delicious I will even close my eyes so I can fully enjoy the taste of it. Since I am making my food portions I always eat everything on the plate ;-)
