After very hard work, dedication and determination on my own and also having loving support and motivation from friends and family I'm finally ready to share my before and after!

3/31/2011-weight 200 lbs. 4/2/2013-weight 141.8
Lots of toning and muscle work! pictures of transformation-same dress over 50 lb diff

Congratulations! I thought it would be impossible to lose weight untill I found this app. I have lost about 13 pounds so far you

I'm still here. I changed trackers haven't put any weight back on continuing the hard work of tracking, toning and watching my food intake and water. Thanks for checking in on me!

You look great hon! Way to go! I'm hoping to get where you are, and I'm so relieved to see that you did it over a couple of years, not in 5 months like you always read in those ladies magazines! Gives me some hope that I'll get there eventually!
