I experimented with some coached workout CDs I found on Amazon, and I liked them. They have someone talk you through when to speed up and when to change resistance on different machines. The one's I bought were by Motion Traxx. I couldn't find anything else like this on Amazon and had trouble finding a podcast like it I could subscribe to. I was hoping someone could direct me to other CDS or podcasts that do a similar thing.
