With the weather warming up, do you get more motivated to workout? I want to get my pool body ready, and it's just now getting warm enough for outdoor exercise.

I probably would, if it would quit snowing. I have a great neighborhood for walking small but lots of ways to go around various areas to get your time in. I am YEARNING for it to be warm enough to do so!

I do indoor workouts with DVDs, but I still find myself much more motivated when the weather is nicer. I also get outside more and want to eat healthier when the sun is shining and it's not so darn cold. I think in general I have a better attitude in the sunshine, so maybe that's why I want to do better things for myself. And having to fit into my shorts from last summer is a motivator too. Smile
Goals for 2015:
Start a running program
Sign up & complete a 5K- Done
Get a bike and use it!

I like to look and more importantly feel good year round

My health is my primary motivator and the lean buff body is a happy side effect!

I've been using Fatsecret for a week. What are some delicious ways of getting more protein? My Carbs are most predominant, then Fats. Trying to reduce both. Suggestions?

Acv
1-2 tbsp a day for two weeks got rid of my gall stones. The ACV stimulates bile production which aids in digestion and helps cleanse the gall bladder and liver. Don't know about weight loss.
