Do you get more motivated in Spring/Summer?

With the weather warming up, do you get more motivated to workout? I want to get my pool body ready, and it's just now getting warm enough for outdoor exercise.

I probably would, if it would quit snowing. I have a great neighborhood for walking small but lots of ways to go around various areas to get your time in. I am YEARNING for it to be warm enough to do so!

I do indoor workouts with DVDs, but I still find myself much more motivated when the weather is nicer. I also get outside more and want to eat healthier when the sun is shining and it's not so darn cold. I think in general I have a better attitude in the sunshine, so maybe that's why I want to do better things for myself. And having to fit into my shorts from last summer is a motivator too. Smile
Goals for 2014:
Complete Couch to 5K- DONE!!!
Sign up for and complete a 5K- DONE!! 35 mins.
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active- 2 done
