I do indoor workouts with DVDs, but I still find myself much more motivated when the weather is nicer. I also get outside more and want to eat healthier when the sun is shining and it's not so darn cold. I think in general I have a better attitude in the sunshine, so maybe that's why I want to do better things for myself. And having to fit into my shorts from last summer is a motivator too.

Sign up for and complete a 5K
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active
