Are there any diet pills that curb hunger and give you energy naturally? I'm not looking for chemicals for my body but natural herbal supplements that work...

Do they exist?!?!

No. And even if they did, the effect would wear off as soon as you stopped taking them.

bacon & eggs. Usually curbs my hunger while giving me energy and it is all natural! Check with your doctor to see if bacon and eggs are right for you.

I've found plain boiled potatoes to be a remarkably satisfying snack.

Protein has appetite-supressing effects once it hits the intestine. If your diet is high in sugars/starches/refined carbs and low in protein, that could be the problem. Since increasing my protein combined with veggies, I find I'm fuller longer.

As eKatherine said... they stop working after you stop taking them. Also it's been known that they lose their effect after a while. Protein. Rib sticking foods.

I don't know how complete your diet calendar is, but if that's the stuff you're eating then it's no wonder you're hungry!

You should eat meals spaced out through the day. Try to focus on eating fresh vegetables and fruit, lean meats, eggs, dairy. Stay away from the prepared, packaged foods, greasy fried stuff, and empty calories like coffee cake and animal crackers.

You can eat a lot of food without consuming a lot of calories, but only if you're eating the right foods. As I write this I'm having a big spinach salad with goat cheese, carrots, pears, and salmon. Bottom line? Around 400 calories, and they're nutritious, good-for-you calories too.

Is 2 hard boiled eggs and a handful of raw broccoli a good lunch? Sometimes I have a tuna or egg salad sandwich...which is better? What kind of non-meat/seafood food has a lot of protein?

No, that's not enough. It's a light snack. You need more food to keep you full until your next meal. Add some crackers and a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

The best seafood is tuna or salmon...a third choice is a white fish. Seafood should be on the menu at least twice a week. A good place to look for information is www.choosemyplate.gov. If you look under food groups, then protein, you'll get an entire list of choices of meats, beans/peas, nuts, seafood. You'll also find a lot of information there as well. I had an assignment for Nutrition class that basically required me to comb through that site with a fine tooth comb. Hope it helps you.
