I'm enjoying the recipes, but a bit puzzled about serving sizes. The page gives you calories per serving size, but it's never clear how many servings each recipe makes. For example on the leek and potato soup, the recipe calls for 8 potatoes, while on the asparagus soup it's half a pound of asparagus or something. Surely these two recipes don't make the same amount of soup, so how many servings do they make??

I agree! One thing I discovered is that it's a good idea to include a description of what a "serving" size is, if your recipe makes more than one serving.

Just a quick question what do you consider low in calories. To some people that's under 250 cals some under 500.
