Why not simply make your own?
Change your lifestyle to fit the foods that you can eat within the limit of your allowance. This is way easier than following any plan.
Before any meal or other calorie intake, enter it in the food journal, and you'll know where you stand, and you'll be able to make sane choices.
A diet that is NOT made by you will NOT have the foods you like. As ednatate82 says, dukan is not the easiest to follow.
Pick your own foods. Eat foods you KNOW are good for you. Count ALL calories. Learn to get a balanced nutrition intake. Pay attention to how many calories are in your favorite foods.
