This may sound a little rude, and I apologise in advance. But I've quickly scanned the last few days of your diet calendar (and if you are recording everything you ate as it says) you might have binged because you are eating so little. Both in calories and simple quantity.
I realise if you look at my diet calendar you will see that over the few weeks I've had numerous days as low and lower in calories than yours so I'm not going to claim to be very good at this myself (though that said I had this realisation yesterday and will be working to correct this behaviour from now on), but even when I have very low calorie days there was still physically more food than you appear to be eating every day.
So for example if you take Saturday's dinner (and I realise you were at a restaurant so presumably were not able to cook for yourself at the time, it's just an example).
270 calories on chicken fingers.
1 skinless chicken breast (about 135g or 4.5/5oz) - 157cal
4 oz of butternut squash: 51cal
1 cup broccoli: 31
1 cup of carrots: 50
(raw weights and measures)
Season and dry roast the squash for about 20 minutes, season and add the chicken for another 30-40mins & steam the other veggies in the microwave for 3-4mins.
That's a full adult sized plateful of food vs a few thin strips of breaded chicken. For less than 20 additional calories.
