Delete Exercise

Help me please, I have been trying to delete one of the exercises and I can't do it.....I put it on by mistake....does anyone know how to delete????

you can't "delete" an exercise. you have to account for 24 hrs a day, so you can only increase or decrease and allot that time to other activities.
i can't see your exercise diary but you could increase your "resting" time by however much your exercise time is and that will automatically remove it.

The defaults are set to rest and sleep and it adds up to 24 hours. So essentially to delete an exercise you have to replace it with rest or sleep (by increasing one of these, and decreasing the one you want to get rid of).

Actually if you want to delete the activity for the day.. Go to the activity/exercise - put the time amount that you have for the exercise - click on reduce then SAVE and activity/exercise will delete for the day.. So if you put 30 min of activity - go back in click the activity.. put 30 minutes - click REDUCE .. gone!
