For those of you who do a lot of walking and record your results this might be something cool for you to do.

I am an avid hiker and a person who hiked the 2650 mile long Pacific Crest Trail created a website here:

http://www.walking4fun.com/

What you can do is take your recorded walking and it will tell you how far you would have made it along the PCT. He also took a picture each day he was on the trail and you should get a scenic view showing where you are theoretically at.

Pain is a by-product of a good time.

That would be a question for the operators of the site, not us mere mortals. Hey! People who run the site. What's your body fat level? :)
