now I've enjoy 10 miles running

Before yesterday was the second time I've run 10 miles and I did it in 2h05 min.last week I've done it in 2h16 mins.I've enjoyed it.I will keep it up.and will do it once a week.tomorrow cycling to work 7.9 miles and from work to home is 7.9 miles.I feel goooooddd

I am impressed. Years ago when I was younger I tried to work up to that but was never able.

All my friends were impressed and so do mind said you cant do it but my heart said you can. ive never thought in my late 3o's i will run 10 miles.never say never you can do it and everybody are able too.ive got a 20 years old daughter,she run 3 miles 3times a week,last week ive took her with me for the 10miles running,she did it,it was her first 10miles running,every 10mins she was asking how many miles left hhhhh and ive told her keep running when 1 mins left i will let you know.try 3 miles first ,its take you around 30mins,when your body get use to it,you feel that you want to run more.plan your routes,put in your mind that you will do it whatever how long you take,at the beginning run slowly,put in your mind that you are going for running not walking.go for it you can do will love it.good luck and keep up with your good job you will reach your goal

I love to run !!! I can run forever and never get tired, but In the winter time it gets so cold that I don't feel like going to run, my excuse is that I have to wear a lot of warm clothes, and I can't run freely as I like , last time I ran 10miles was last summer! maybe you gave me courage to go out there and run 10miles at least once a week. I Will post it when i do it

I prefer run in winter than summer.last year in summer I was boiling when I was running.It's cold here too,ive put in my mind that I will keep up with this 10 miles whatever the weather.It wasn't easy to reach this 10 miles,I dont want to lose that step that's why I do it once a week.I love running too,now my mind is going to 10.5 miles.dont think about the weather,think about running.go for it even cold,while running your body will warm up.good luck.

Well done for your determination! I have just run my 1st 10m race last sunday and really enjoyed it!! I love running and am happy that I have been able to do again on a regular basis! I am now aiming at a half-marathon race on the 4th of May! What is your next challenge?
