How many carb, proteins and fat should one take in a day to loose 2 pounds per week?

It depends on your weight, and body make-up I'm afraid. Even someone your height and weight, but who has a different Lean Muscle to Fat ratio will have a different experience.

To lose 1lb a week, you need to burn 3500cal more than you take-in. Which is 500 a day. So for 2lb it will be 1000cal a day. If possible I would recommend trying to achieve the majority of that through increasing your exercise wherever possible (I try and walk for at least 45 mins a day).

You need to calculate your protein intake (which will be a minimum of 1 gram per day per kilogram of body weight for a sedentary person). Your daily calorie deficit should be 1000 calories to lose 2 pounds a week. Then divide the remaining calories between fat and carbs. There is no weight loss advantage to trying to eat a fat free diet.

I also sit at a desk all day. I eat constantly. Grapes, apple slices, carrot sticks and water. I always have fruit/veggies and water within reach. Has helped me lose over 65 pounds.

Cut the carbs, sugar, HFCS, and that includes fruits (for a bit). Get rid of the carbs and your body will change. Read labels. Sugar is everywhere, ketchup, pickles and not to mention a ton of sugar ...
