Today I ate oatmeal cookies, cheez-it, small baked sweet potato
I ran out of my healthy food. Guilt set in... almost allowed it too eat me up.
Dont allow this too happen to you. Even tho its more bad carbs than is
needed for my diet or your diet. .. (GET A GRIP)...turn your diet positive...
too your advantage by using the total daily calories ..staying in bounds
of that daily count. Do not worry about the percentages of carbs, fats, or
proteins intake remember calories will be burned from activities weight
will still be under control.
