Has anyone lost weight while doing pilates?

I started Pilates a few weeks ago. I can't say i have lost weight purely thru doing it, however it has been great for building up core strength, stability and flexibility. Any form of exercise is going to help. I started due to a bad back and ithas been great in helping. Smile

I do some Pilates too, but also do cardio most days & strength training once or twice a week. I agree that all/any exercise is good, and that it's best to find some form that you like enough to stick with it. Good luck!
