Serving Size

I am new on here but I notice on the recipes it says serving size 1 but doesn't say what the serving size is. Am I just missing it or is there a way to figure it out.

if it says serving size 1 then im assuming that means the whole recipee serves one person
waist 50 " 1 jan 20013
waist 48 " 1 march 20013

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
