changing my goal weight

Click on Weight History at the top right corner of the main page. Then click "Change my goal weight" on the links on the right.

Fell of the wagon for a week
Are you drinking enough water? How is your salt consumption? When I crave sweets I drink a glass of water and if still craving I eat a pickle. Usually does the trick. If not I eat a few pieces of fruit.
