Welcome, exercise isn't an overnight fix, it is a long term journey to be healthier. Whatever calories work for you is good. Mine like Mummydee were much lower for my size and build.

right above in between FOODS and FITNESS is a RECIPES button, I am sure in there you will find tonnes of yummy recipes you may want to try :)
