Weight Watcher help

I am wanting to try weight watchers but cant bring my self to paying $44 a month. I have a friend that is doing weight watchers and she calculated my points for me.

is there anyone that can help or give advice on weight watchers

In regards to weight watchers, all it appears to be (I'm not positive) is a fancy way to count calories which this site does for you for free. Doing it yourself helps you learn the energy content of your food to establish a long term change in habits.

The trick is to get a food scale, be accurate in measure, and honest with yourself. It just takes a little time and effort.

True but I kept the weight off years it was only a surgery a new relationship with someone that eats poorly that made me regain 20lbs.
