Not nice but this is what I'm going through. Also seem to be loosing and gaining the same 1kg. At level 3 OWL, only introduced blueberries and cherries. Trying to keep under 25 net grams and maintain RDI. Drinking a lot of water, sporadic exercise...

HELP, any ideas?

Maybe this is a good time to track your measurements if you don't already. The scale may be stubborn, but you might still be losing.

If after four weeks you're still stuck -- no change in scale or measurements -- you may want to consider going back to a full on induction level carb count to jump start you again. Maybe too, even if your Net carbs are good, you may want to be careful about foods that are packaged if you're eating them. Some people don't react well to some of the fake sweeteners companies use to make things more Atkins-friendly. They could be slowing down your efforts even if they aren't upsetting your counts.

Your symptoms sound like a dietary intolerance. Many people with gluten intolerance have those exact symptoms, but as near as I can see, the only gluten you are consuming is in soy sauce. Just to see, you could switch to a gluten-free brand.

But there are other things you could be intolerant to. It could be the flaxseed meal, the chia seeds, or something else entirely.

Some people say flaxseed gives them major constipation.

An elimination diet might be in order. Try switching up your diet so as to give yourself a break from some of the foods you have been eating. After a few days of not eating something you should be able to tell if it made a difference.

When did you introduce the berries
I did not see them on food dairy
Did the symptoms coincide with the new foods?
Your foods looked fairly good - could you have picked up a bug or something?

Avocados
Avocado mixed with salt, pepper, chives, a little white vinegar just to make smooth. Mix it up and spread it on bread w/ a tomato and spinach leaves! THE BEST!!!

If I weigh myself daily I know the result is a myth. There are too many variables to rely on a once a day reading, such as water retention, forgotten calories,temperature/humidity on scale reading (either ...
