I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. Thanks!! I am doing a weight / inch loss challenge with Ace by Cindie ( FB) she posts new exercises every day . I'm on day 2 and hurting ! Haha . Love it though!

Hope you can avoid the surgery on the left knee. I was thankful I had a doc who gave me good advice instead of pushing me to surgery. I already have a big pin in that knee from surgery back in 1986.

Dislike the gym? An alternative
I love walking too, but i don't really favour the social stuff. I walk for fun and as my part of my daily commute. It really is the best type of exercise. I paid for a year at a gym early in my diet ...
