Anyone tried HASfit Warrior 90 Workout Routine?

Well I did it yesterday. Day 1 Week 1, it is intense and I sweat like crazy. I was only 15 min workout(for day 1 that is) and its an interval training (I think). I really like it but I didnt do it like I should yesterday and I'm going to do Day 1 again then progress. I think its fun and everyone should try Smile You might fell in love with it like I did Wink

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I think becoming obsessed with weighing in on a daily basis is super unhealthy. Your body weight naturally fluctuates and you will easily get discouraged. I weigh myself once a week.

Sodium/Salt intake HOW MUCH
The minimum required is 500mg sodium a day. The ideal is 1500mg a day. Maximum is 2400mg a day.
