Most People stop at lunch time to eat. i start at lunch time to run ..
Eat less and better and the scale will show you the benefits in the long run

Eat, always eat. If I can find a Subway or an egg-white sandwich from a bagel shop that's a good thing to grab for the car, if I don't have time to eat a grilled chicken salad.

I always bring food, no matter where I go. I am gluten-free, so I can never count on finding something I can eat.

That said, if it is working for NMenenzes, more power to him/her.

I usually skip lunch. I'm counting calories, and am working the 11-7 shift, so I am too busy to get hungry. I generally just eat an apple for breakfast and then have a nice dinner. If I eat lunch, it tends to throw off my whole day.

I skip breakfast and eat a good lunch. It's what works for me, but it's not for everybody.
