I am big into lifting weights so everyone says dont use the scale. for a 5"8 female what should my measurments be?
bust, waist, hips, thighs, and biceps are what i measure once a week.
Any help would be great

I don't agree with not using the scale if you want to . . . . . . it keeps you "in line", so to speak. I am not an advocate of obsessively weighing, either! Just be aware that muscle weighs more than the same area of fat, so your weight may appear heavier than you look - but it's still a good comparison point from week to week.
Measuring is good - but I think once a week is too often. And there are no perfect measurements. Use your measurements to compare from month to month.

I think if you lift weights it is important to monitor your body fat percentage rather than simply your inches. I have always been small-busted, but thanks to weight lifting my shoulder and chest measurements make me top-heavy enough to have to wear a larger size for tops than bottoms in non-stretchy fabrics.

I lift too but an only 5 ft 1.5 so quite small. I think I weigh more than someone ekse with my exact measurements (29.5 over bust, 23 waist, 32.5 hips, 19 thighs, 9.5 biceps) who perhaps doesnt lift or run.
I need to ask about getting my body fat measured!

All women do not have the same waist-to-hip proportions.

Ok I have to reply to this is there a perfect measurement? Ya I guess if your barbie! Your perfect measurment will be what you want it to be dont you think. What I think and everyone else thinks and what you may think is perfect for you will not be the same. Looking at your profile pic I think you look perfect right there! You are perfect just the way you are.
