I did it three years ago. It's a great program. In fact, I would say it contributed to what I now call my running addiction. It's a great way to start slowly (and therefore avoid injury) and build continuously on successes. At the end, I not only finished the race, I won my age group! That was huge for me.

After the C25K try any of the beginner running programs available on Runners World (you pick your deadline 8 weeks, 12, 16, whatever and choose your goal: 10k, half-marathon, triathalon). They're also reasonable and suited to newbies. This next step helped me through the half of the Pittsburgh Marathon last May.

maybe nobody has added the type of hot dogs you have eaten into the database. If the food is not there you need to add to database then it can be added to your food diary

according to your profile you updated your weight yesterday, and you have been adding food to your food diary, so not quite sure what the problem is?
