Avocados cream cheese macadadamia nuts divided into 1 oz bags to take to work.I seem to be doing better than I was before I started this Atkin's diet.My clothes seem to be fitting looser. broke this up in to 5 meals.

by member cpmodem Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese. 28 Apr 13 for diet Atkins
