hi everyone! Im a 28 year old female ttc #2 for over 21 months. Although having been diagnosed with severe pcos (cycles vary between 30 - 120 days) i dont suffer from being obese as often categorised by pcos sufferers. However, i do want to lose some weight and start a better diet in order to control my pcos better. Im meeting with a dietician in february and trying accupuncture then as well, but was wondering if anyone here has a diet that i can start following in the meantime (a day to day diet which indicates foods and quantities to be taken).
