Hi! Welcome to FS! There isn't really anything in particular that you're "supposed to do" as far as the site goes, it all depends on how involved you want to be! Check out the other topics in the forums if they interest you, reply if you like, use your journal to network and meet other buddies, join a challenge, find a group of people with similar goals/mindsets.... there are a lot of different options! Smile

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
