Just wanted to reach out to those who have any type of chronic pain condition - it is making it difficult to lose weight. I tried Weight Watchers but only lost 5 lbs in 6 months.

Am trying to not eat dairy, eating protein, vegs and fruits..so far only lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks...am getting discouraged.
I crave carbs since having fibromyalgia, very hard to get through day without some type of sweets or chips...I drink water and diet soda and am trying to give up diet soda, know it is not helping me lose weight.

Any of you that are also struggling with the same reasons, please let me know if you are having success and what you are doing!!Very Happy Wink

3 pounds in 3 weeks is not a bad rate of weight loss. Imagine where you will be a year from now if you keep that up!

If you want a caffeinated beverage to help boost memory drink green tea, or you can take Ginkgo biloba supplements.
