Don't lose interest...you just keep doing on the new healthier you! TRUST me we all go through this plateau after losing some good weight but step it up with eating more fruits/veggies and move more...step those exercises up as well....You can do it!!!
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

Oh don't give up girl. Get out a pair of jeans that you want to fit in and try them on. Ok. They are tight and now that is your incentive to keep on track and loose the wt. and get them jeans back on you to fit. It takes time. We didn't gain this wt. over night and we aren't going to loose it over night. Try green coffee bean at walmart. I have around 40 lbs yet to loose. We have to do this!!!

I gave my bars away, I did get those and some coupons, but the little book is handy. I still carry it around as you know my plan doesn't fit Atkins. Though we match on lots of things... it is a handy ...
