Hey Pam2 - perhaps not the most obvious one, but kind of does it for me:
"If you're going through hell, keep going." - Winston Churchill
Tracy
I actually have a body like Cindy Crawford, I just keep it well covered to protect it!
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.

Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.

There's sow great websites out there, that give you poems and quotes. I used to use them all the time when I was training. Just google motivational quotes
" Success is what you make it, there's no better time to make a change than the present."
"Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine. "

Here are a few of my all-time favorites:
“If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
― Martin Luther King Jr.
“Courage isn't having the strength to go on - it is going on when you don't have strength.”
― Napoleon Bonaparte
“You'll never find a rainbow if you're looking down”
― Charles Chaplin
“It's not what you say out of your mouth that determines your life, it's what you whisper to yourself that has the most power!”
― Robert Kiyosaki
"The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bulls##t story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it."
— Jordan Belfort
"I said 'Somebody should do something about that.' Then I realized I am somebody."
— Lily Tomlin
“However many holy words you read, however many you speak, what good will they do you if you do not act on upon them?”
― Gautama Buddha

Hi Pam,
For motivation, I've taken to watching past seasons of "Biggest Loser" on HULU. Often I just fast forward to the end. I find it very motivational to see the transformation in the person voted out each episode.
Naturally, the season finale is always a motivational kick as well. Sadly though, the bulk of the show is empty calories, with little real guidance on diet and exercise technique.
