My current work on my diet

I am new to writing up my food and following my diet and food intake so closely as I am doing now. However, I have started well and my first goal the get under 105 kg went quickly. My second goal is now to get under 100kg by March 1., but that would be mucher harder.

Tips:
1.I weigh in every morning. This keep me focused.
2. I am now the first weeks trying out different meals, and recording them/checking everything like Kcal, fat, proteins ect. Now I have found 3 different breakfast meals I can vary between every week.
3. I am trying to eat a box of tuna every day. Very low in Kcal, high in protein ,nearly nothing in karbo and fat.
4. I eat also carrots and tomato every day as the are very low in Kcal and fat also.

I hope this is a good starter !
