P90X requires weights and a pull-up bar (or, at the very least resistance bands, but they don't work the same muscles in the same way, as much as Tony wants you to think they do.)
I'm doing Insanity now, and it requires nothing (except an optional yoga mat.) It's a great cardio workout, but has workouts focused on resistance training using the body's own weight (way beyond your standard push-ups and whatnot) that are very effective, even after I finished P90 with the weights.
Zumba is fun, but, if you're doing it from a video it gets very repetitive in my opinion. Maybe that's okay for you, but I get bored easily.
I can't speak to turbo fire.
My favorite, among the three I know, then, is Insanity. P90 workouts are almost an hour a day including the ab workout and 90+ minutes for yoga once a week. I just don't have time for that with a full time job and two young kids. Insanity averages about 40ish. Plus, I personally like Shaun T's motivation and style more than Tony's (and there's way less embedded advertising of Tony's "recovery drinks."
But that's only my 14 cents. Good luck.
